    Initiative 502: 51 For – 41 Against – 8 Undecided

    Polling for the KCTS 9 Washington Poll was conducted between October 1 – 16, 2012. The poll sampled 782 registered voters and has a +/- 3.5% margin of error. The poll is implemented at the Center for Survey Research at the UW, a research center in the deparment of Political Science, under the director of Prof. Christopher Parker. The poll is conducted among registered voters, using a Washington state voter list, and telephone interviewing is administered by live callers, calling both landlines and cell phones.
